Let’s agree to disagree
About the training:
We are accustomed from school with a system that teaches us that resources are scarce, that we need to fight for success and that there is only one winner. But let’s step into the real life where cooperation gives the name of the game and collaboration is the number one success factor. As humans we often take things personal, avoiding to state our mind because we are more interested in saving face than getting things done. We choose to disagree silently and build resentment instead of confronting our worst fear: not being right. It’s time to change that. Correctly managed, conflict can be a progress tool, avoiding its negative waist of resources, including energy, budget, ideas, people or time. This workshop was created to teach how to diagnose the origins of conflicts, how and when to address it and how to transform it into a positive source.
You will learn:
- to differentiate between “good” and “bad” conflict
- to decide for yourself the course of action
