It’s time to change!

About the training:

All change creates conflict, inside and outside oneself. So let’s learn how to accept change and manage the conflict that comes along with it. We start at the individual level, understanding how we perceive and negotiate change with our own selves. We need to remember that in order to manage any change that affects us, we first need to solve our internal conflict. Then we will move to the relations level, understanding how conflicts arise among people and systems and how to better manage both change and conflicts that might arise at this level also.

 

You will learn:

  • to differentiate between “good” and “bad” conflict so as to decide for yourself the course of action
  • to gain confidence on your potential to manage conflict
  • to differentiate conflicts that include you or not
  • to understand how conflict is a part of the normal group dynamic
  • to identify your habits and how to develop alternative responses
  • to accept and promote change without shame
  • to identity why it would be a good idea to stop using the shame & blame mechanism on yourself and others

You will improve your skills in:

  • communicating
  • managing conflict
  • managing difficult situations
  • negotiating
  • assertiveness
  • empathy
  • innovation
