About the training:

For a company, the cost of miss hiring is large and has many consequences, mostly caused by a lack of documentation. Even though interviewers might have the best intentions in mind, they are not used to collect information for later analysis and comparison. It’s time to change that. An insightful paradigm shift has started to emerge concerning the core elements of an interview, its purpose and its follow-up. This training will help you be part of this shift, while you manage WHY we interview, HOW we interview and HOW and TO WHOM to offer feedback.
