About the training:
At the intersection between Leaders, Teams and Situations you will find Followership and Leadership. But what do they actually stand for and how can we use them in our workplace? In an era where roles replace jobs, structures are becoming more and more flat while we focus on how we can contribute, forgetting to transform the paradigm of leadership into a contribution behaviour. This workshop looks at both Leaders and Followers and the means to switch between them. This learning experience will highlight key insights regarding the feedback loop and the paradigms that prevent us from contributing nothing less than our best every time.
