About the training:

This course will help the young managers to improve their soft, business and technical skills in leadership. Our main goal is to experience together the main challenges that team leaders have with their daily tasks. Therefore we plan to approach topics such as: how to orient their actions toward the accomplishment of their objectives, how to communicate and delegate, and how to plan organize and coordinate projects. Moreover we will also reach the technical problems that team leaders may encounter and we will help them to use correctly their resources, to anticipate the obstacles and to manage conflicts.
